I started taking photos over 30 years ago in Las Angeles creating marketing content for the entertainment industry and shooting personnel portraits and portfolios for models and entertainers.

 

My personal approach to portraits may be considered avant-garde, pushing the boundaries of social norms by attempting to pull out the emotion of my subject.

I want the viewer to react, feel something, hold the image in their memory.

 

My commercial and trade-mark work follows my personal approach but is more suited for public viewing.
